am an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Biofeedback
and women’s health. I began working with women because I felt
that the benefit of biofeedback and the results were rewarding not
only to my patients, but to me.
It is fulfilling to hear patients report that they “have their life back” and are able to enjoy themselves again. I have worked with women of all ages, and have helped them to feel empowered to conquer their urinary symptoms, without medication or surgery.
Behavioral, diet and exercise changes allow women to gain their “freedom” from their bladder symptoms. Many of my patients report that this freedom has changed their lives. These changes include doing simple things like going to the grocery store without having to use the restroom, or major events, like traveling out of the country and being able to tolerate the long flight!
Every woman has different issues and I look forward to the challenge of helping them overcome them!
